At flexdetox, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our flowers and bouquets. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, special conditions apply for returns and complaints.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all flowers and bouquets are fresh and of high quality at the time of delivery. Our florists carefully select each flower and compose each bouquet with the greatest care.

Right of Return

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of flowers, orders cannot be returned. The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh flowers according to the Distance Selling Act.

Complaint Procedure

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, we ask you to:

  • Contact us within 24 hours after delivery
  • Provide a clear description of the problem
  • Take photos of the flowers if possible
  • Mention the order number and delivery date

Solutions

For justified complaints about quality, we offer the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the bouquet without additional costs
  • Refund of the purchase amount
  • A credit voucher for a future purchase

The choice of solution is made in consultation with you, taking into account the specific situation.

Delivery Problems

If there are problems with delivery, such as:

  • Non-delivery on the agreed date
  • Delivery to the wrong address
  • Damage during transport

Then contact us immediately. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible by arranging a new delivery or offering another appropriate solution.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the planned delivery date. Cancellation can be done by phone or email. With timely cancellation, you will receive a full refund. For later cancellations, costs may be charged.

Seasonal Flowers

Some flowers are seasonal and not available all year round. If a specific flower is not available, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative. You always have the right to cancel the order if the alternative is not to your liking.

Care Instructions

To optimally enjoy your flowers, we recommend:

  • Cut the stems at an angle before placing in the vase
  • Give fresh water daily
  • Place the flowers in a cool place, out of direct sunlight
  • Remove wilted flowers and leaves

With proper care, most flowers stay beautiful for 5-10 days.

Exceptions

Our return policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wilting after the expected lifespan
  • Damage due to incorrect care
  • Complaints reported later than 24 hours after delivery
  • Subjective complaints about color or fragrance without a quality problem
