These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between flexdetox and the customer regarding the delivery of flowers and bouquets.
Orders can be placed via our website, by phone, or in our shop. An agreement is formed after our confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are calculated separately and stated when placing the order. We reserve the right to change prices.
Payment can be made via the payment methods listed on our website, including iDEAL, credit card, and cash on pickup. Payment must be made before or upon delivery of the flowers.
We strive to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times are indicative and not a strict deadline. In case of delay, we will notify you. Deliveries take place at the specified address within our delivery area.
We guarantee that all flowers are fresh and of good quality at the time of delivery. Due to the natural character of flowers, colors and varieties may slightly differ from images. For seasonal flowers, we reserve the right to deliver comparable alternatives.
Complaints about the quality of the flowers must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. We will handle complaints and seek an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
Cancellation of an order is possible up to 24 hours before the planned delivery date. For later cancellations, costs may be charged. For special orders and events, different cancellation conditions may apply.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We are not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. In case of non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure, we are not liable.
All rights to intellectual property regarding our website, designs, and materials belong to flexdetox. It is not permitted to use these materials without permission.
